The rates for the appartment are (as per January 2024):

      families

• 2 guests from 54 €uro/night
• 3 guests from 72 €uro/night    from 24 €uro/guest
• 4 guests from 84 €uro/night    from 21 €uro/guest

      engineers

• 27 € per person/night
• maximum 4 persons

The prices are inclusive of

• heating, electricity
• end cleaning, linen, towels and dishcloths.
  
  

Please note that minimum booking is for 3 nights.
A booking of less than 5 nights is only possible at short notice.

Please also note that there is a one-off surcharge of €uro 6 per person for less than 5 nights occupancy.
Arrival days only Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday please (exception on request).

Cancellation/Prepayment

• up to 15 days before departure - free of charge
• from  14 days before departure - 30% of the travel price
• from    7 days before departure - 60% of the travel price
• no prepayment necessary  -  you pay when you move in
